Digital delivery
The First-Year Home Maintenance Triage Kit is a digital PDF. No physical product is shipped. Access is provided after Stripe confirms payment.
Refunds and download problems
Because the product is delivered digitally, purchases are normally final once access is provided. If the file is inaccessible, corrupted, purchased twice, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days. We will first help restore access and may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Permitted use
Your purchase is for personal household use. You may fill, save, and print copies for your own home. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the PDF as a template or download.
Information and safety
The kit is an organization and record-keeping aid, not professional inspection, engineering, legal, financial, or repair advice. Use qualified professionals for safety concerns, inspections, and repairs.
Privacy and payment processing
Stripe processes payment information. Fix First Home does not receive or store your full card number. We use order details needed to confirm payment, provide the download, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests. Our hosting and payment providers may process technical and transaction data under their own privacy terms.
