The thing most pages get wrong

3CE's own page lists TECH Clean California, HEEHRA, Energy-Smart Homes and Golden State Rebates as additional programs to stack. TECH's single-family incentives, HEEHRA's single-family rebates and Energy-Smart Homes' 2026 funding are all fully reserved, and Golden State Rebates has ended. The same page also gives two income tables: $31,920 for one person in one, $30,120 in the application form.
