The thing most pages get wrong

Most pages still quote the old limit. The province raised RAMP to $12,000 a year and $24,000 over ten years in August 2026, but its own guidelines document still says "$7,500 each benefit year"; the programme page says the guidelines and forms "will be updated in the next several weeks and existing forms should be used in the meantime".

Not only seniors, and not only owners

Alberta's other provincial home money, the Seniors Home Adaptation and Repair Program, is for homeowners 65 or older. RAMP is for any age, and renters can use it.
