The thing most pages get wrong

Stacking has a ceiling here. EnergySmart's rebate 'can be combined with rebates from utilities and other entities, as long as the total combined rebate amount is not more than 50% of the total project cost.' Utility and state rebates that already reach half the cost leave no room for it.

A group buy for everyone

Switch Together, supported by the county's Sustainability Tax, is open to all Boulder County, Longmont and Erie residents; the county says participants can expect about 20% off market price on a heat pump, with a $150 fully refundable deposit.

Funded locally

The county's Sustainability Tax, a voter-approved 0.125% sales and use tax, pays for these rebates.
