The thing most pages get wrong

Diverse Power's table still offers a 14 SEER tier at $50 or $75 a ton. New heat pumps have had to meet 15 SEER since 2023, so no new unit falls into it; only the 15 SEER rows can actually be claimed.

Test before you seal

The leakage rebates, the largest in the table, need blower-door and duct test results sent to Diverse Power before any work. Skipping that step disqualifies the claim.
