Duquesne Light home rebates not launched

Administered by Duquesne Light Company, under Pennsylvania's Act 129, through Franklin Energy.

Duquesne Light's home rebates are between rounds. Its rebate site says rebates "aren't available just yet" while the next round is set up; the last round required equipment installed by 31 May 2026. Income-eligible customers can still get a free energy assessment.

The thing most pages get wrong

Rebate sites still list Duquesne Light's heat pump and water heater rebates. The round they describe needed equipment installed by 31 May 2026, and Duquesne's rebate site says the next round is not ready.
