The thing most pages get wrong

The heat pump credit is only for customers on PWC's Time-of-Use rate; the offer says it is available to any residential TOU customer in good standing. A customer on the standard rate gets nothing for the same heat pump unless they switch rates.

Free device, or a $150 credit?

The Aquanta page opens by saying participants receive a free Aquanta device when they sign up; its FAQ says PWC gives a $150 bill credit when you buy and install one.

A dead tax credit, still quoted

PWC's programs page still says the federal tax credit offers up to $3,200 a year through 2032 for heat pumps, insulation, windows and doors. It ended for improvements after 31 December 2025.
