The thing most pages get wrong

Contractor pages still list Met-Ed, Penelec, Penn Power and West Penn Power heat pump rebates. FirstEnergy Pennsylvania has none open: its home page, changed on 2 June 2026, the day after the new Act 129 phase began, says it is finalizing new programs. Do not count on a rebate in a quote.
