GRU's other rebates are for gas

Besides LEEPplus, GRU's rebate list has only natural gas heating, water heater, range and dryer rebates and net metering. The same page still lists federal tax incentives as available under the Energy Policy Act of 2005; the federal home energy credits ended with 2025.
