The thing most pages get wrong

Jackson EMC's heat pump page mentions only the $400 rebate. Its 2026 application form adds mini-split rebates of $200 to $800 by size, which the page never names.

'Up to $1,400' adds up to $1,000

The evaluation page advertises rebates up to $1,400; the three items it lists are $200, $400 and $400. The $1,400 only works if the heat pump rebate is counted too.

Two loan limits on one page

The loan page offers PowerUp loans of $10,001 to $25,000; its fine print says loans up to $10,000 for 36 or 60 months. The rebates page also still says federal tax credits may be available; they ended with 2025.
