What insulation pays

Per square foot, for each point of R-value added, and never more than the insulation material cost, taxes included.

The thing most pages get wrong

Replacing old insulation earns nothing for what was already there. Only the R-value added above the original level counts, and nothing is paid above the programme's final R-value.

Income-qualified households

Under the Energy Efficiency Assistance Program line, the insulation is installed free instead.
