NYSERDA's upstate dashboard shows the standard residential block (Block 14, for NYSEG, RG&E and National Grid customers) only as a chart; installers' sites say it filled in December 2025. The incentive your installer receives must be written into your contract, so it will show there if any applies.

The thing most pages get wrong

Solar sites still quote NY-Sun's per-watt rebate as if every household gets it. In Con Edison's area the standard residential incentive closed on 29 May 2025 after its last block paid $0.15 a watt. What is left is the Affordable Solar incentive for households under 80% of area median income.
