TVA and your local power company pay a flat $300 each for attic insulation, wall insulation, air sealing and duct sealing through a Quality Contractor Network member, $900 off a heat pump water heater with a retail coupon, and $65 to $100 to enroll a smart thermostat in Smart Thermostat Rewards.

The thing most pages get wrong
TVA's insulation rebate is a flat $300 per measure, not a rate per square foot: a large attic and a small one get the same $300. And there is a heat pump water heater rebate, $900 at participating retailers, though one heat pump rebate guide says TVA's menu has none.
