Insulation only for electric heat

The insulation rebate is for existing homes heated by electricity. A home on propane or gas heat gets the heat pump and thermostat rebates but not the insulation one.

A check, and a program year

URE pays by check rather than bill credit, and its offers run on a July-to-June year: work finished before 1 July 2026 falls under last year's terms.
