The thing most pages get wrong

Snohomish County PUD is not running a state HEAR appliance program now. Its page: it applied for the current round and 'were not awarded any funds'; the 2025 round, which gave 1,429 households free appliances, closed in June 2025.

The rebate is the contractor's to claim

Unlike a mail-in rebate, the PUD pays the contractor after inspection; your saving is the credit on the contractor's bill. Check that it is there.
