The thing most pages get wrong

WFEC's newsletter says members who install qualifying heat pumps could get up to $400 a ton. Its rebate page limits the $400 to manufactured homes replacing an electric furnace; other homes get $350 a ton for dual fuel, or the mini split amounts.
